EVENT GUIDE

PRODUCT WAVES

Visit the store when a new wave is released (see dates below) and add your desired items to your cart. If you have specific wishes for your order please leave a note on the cart page.

COMBINE ORDERS

How to Combine Orders:

  1. For your first order, choose either a paid or free shipping option.
  2. For any subsequent orders, select the "Combined" shipping option. This will group those orders into a single shipment.

If you prefer to split your orders into separate shipments (for example, to save on import duties or taxes), simply repeat the process above for each shipment.

Important:
If your total order value does not qualify for free standard shipping and you have not selected a paid shipping option (i.e., you always selected "Combined" shipping), we will contact you after the event and send you an invoice for the standard shipping cost.

FREE SHIPPING

Free standard shipping (no tracking) if total value reached:

  • 75 CHF (Domestic)
  • 100 CHF (Europe)
  • 150 CHF (Rest of the world)

Important: Standard shipping (whether paid or free) does not include tracking. If you'd like to track your order, please select and pay for the "Tracked" or "Registered" shipping option.

  • DESIGN & LAYOUT CHANGES

    We have made several adjustments to our website, such as rearranging the menu layout, adding new icons, and implementing other changes.

  • PRODUCT FILTERS

    Discover the power of our extensive product filters. Choose from a variety of filters like: Theme, country, rank, colors, and more to enhance your shopping experience.

  • RESTOCK TYPES

    We categorized all our products into different restock types. This will make it easier to see how often a product is restocked. The restock type of an item is displayed on the product card / page.

  • PRODUCT FRAGILITY

    Our products have been classified into different fragility classes, allowing you to assess the level of caution required while handling them. The fragility of an item is displayed on the product card / page.

  • PRODUCT RARITIES

    To improve your comprehension of product rarity, we now offer a variety of rarity classes. Each product's rarity is visually represented by a colored rarity bar on the product cards or page.

  • PRODUCT RELEASES

    In order to give you more information on when a product was first released, we've grouped our products into releases. This way, you can filter by release.

  • COLOR SWATCHES

    To help you get a better sense of the colors of our products, we've added color swatches to our product pages. Unavailable or sold out colors are crossed out.

  • PRODUCT OPTION GUIDES

    Learn more about product options by clicking on the icon next to the option. A modal window will display more detailed information.

  • FILTER LINKS

    To speed up filtering, click on the product card badges (restock type, fragility, release), rarity bars and color swatches. The filter will be automatically applied to the current collection.

  • QUANTITY RULES

    To guarantee fairness and availability for all customers, we have implemented product quantity rules. Please adhere to these rules otherwise we will start to cancel orders.

  • QUICK ORDER

    The new quick order table found on every product page greatly expedites the process of ordering various product variations.

  • RELATED PRODUCTS

    The product page now has two sections for highlighting complementary and related products. Explore different combinations and find new ideas.

  • NEW SHIPPING OPTION

    To make the combination of orders simpler we added a new "Combined" shipping option. For more information check our shipping policy.

  • MINIFIGURE VAULT

    The Minifigure Vault offers lots of custom minifigure/accessory combos directly from our own minifigure collection. Every figure includes at least one TinyVeterans item!
